ACT has tons of fields that allow you to enter information. Company, name, and telephone number are just a few of those fields. Some fields cannot be edited by you; these fields are controlled by ACT.

Understanding how these fields are impacted by ACT can have a huge impact on the way you view all of your ACT data. When you manage a large database it is easy to lose track of these simple tasks, and understanding the way these fields work can change how you work by making you a better Acter.
